Additional information: He is fixed pings lagger, i mean Artificial lagger, if he only lagg then why not kicked by server? We guys did reports against him in the server but no action still yet, we pocked Kramer too but he ignored us. BTW this guy use something like mod, therefor he is so slow and unbeatable. his pings fixed on 300 and don't decrease or increase.
We all are worried about this person please do something.

Yesterday, I noticed him.. He had 46 ping and mine was 180.. He was significantly lagging.. I noticed that only he lags on my screen no one else.. So I decided to report him.. But for some reason I couldn't..
He definitely uses something..
