Killing someone while he is gambling/buying food with fire extinguisher was never allowed. They were removed for a reason to stop people abusing them by killing people who are gambling/buying food and using them in bank or ammunation.

Why not fix that bug instead?! I used it to camp people and spray them to death when they were done eating. There's nothing wrong with that.

Well, that was basically all I did and I was never caught/warned or anything. And the admins/mods were on enough of the time to warn me not to do it.
