Enforcing Prior Ban

Hey there, I wanna suggest a command for admins..

Something like /Muteip <ID> <Time> which simply stop displaying Ban message coming from a specific ip for a specific time interval..

Why?:
In near past a player was banned and he flooded the chat by connecting again and again for more than half an hour.. Suri was there but he couldn't do anything because there is no such command..!

Yeah, we can simply hide the chat and ignore it.. But when we want to communicate, we can't due to flooded chat..

It will be not easy to detect for a regular/moderator player which probably is specting for someone to report or something, if someone tries to ban evade it will be hide, so it means no more reports about ban evading, for example, tiburoncin trying to ban evade 17938383 times.
