jajaja medic skin is only for pros, like halchter, niko, and others who usually uses that skin to kill all the players of the server, not for players who usually die by those who uses it. Shotgun is not needed for Medic skin :)

Shotgun with some bullets for defend the medic spawn its fine for me, like other skins who appears around the hospital, perhaps 150 bullets.

Medic is unique skin no need to change with this skin.
This is for only aggressive players. Only m4 make its unique.
