unable to register

Hello,
I haven't played for a while and decided to start playing again today. I wanted to log in but I got DCd immediately. Somehow I managed to get to the info saying that I have to register first using /register. I've been trying this command for a couple of times but nothing showed up. How to use this command properly?

If u wanna register then type /register <email> <password>
