do u have a mic? if yes: just download teamspeak 3 and install the program and there you go. the mic will hopefully work automatically, if not --> google for a solution

if not: dont bother installing it and just talk to scotti via msn/xfire/irc channel

Drunken is correct. I don't believe it's a financially viable option and it's also a very technical system to get up and running.
