Reduce ping limit

These days cafe players rip server with their unhitable lag. I saw many times they playing with 450, 350, 490 stable ping. Its too hard to kill them because of their lag. They are unhitable bullet doesn't effect them much. Atleast reduce ping limit to 250 or 300.

the problem is not the ping limit (which is 500avg and its fine)
the real problem is there is too many admins ignoring those kind of players who keep using lag tool , or download/uploading while playing so he gets a higher ping , getting lag is the easiest thing you can do these days , so what if admins team decided to keep eyes on them and kick/ban against any suspicioused player?!, btw reducing ping limit will  greatly affect the number of real players and owners of  a real poor ping , but anyways im giving you +1 we hope if admins/mangers can fix that as i said. you know i see too many players with 400-450 stable ping such 'muzziaml boss' or '0000' and many other players even sometimes the cafe ones.
