How many accounts are allowed?

How many accounts can/may i register? Today it says "You can only register 3 accounts on this ip", but i have already 6 accounts because my ip change every day?
Is there a limit / Is this allowed?

it's 3 per IP, but we cant stop you registering as many as you like.
