The only people allowed to post in existing threads of the VC-MP Reports board are:
- the player that has initiated the report
- members of the staff
- the reported player (if, by the time he decides to post, the thread is still open)

In terms of this report, personally I can't see this as death evading. My argument would be that; yes he was at low health and ran away to the top of the building, only to die by falling to his death from the window, but you took your sweet time entering and exiting the teleport before finally catching up to him and by that time he already killed himself.
However, that's just my point of view. If you would like to explain a bit more as to why you believe this is an actual death evade then please go ahead.
The whole 'death-evade' rule is quite vague in my opinion, in the past and even to this day I see reports upon reports of suspected death evading but in reality its usually just a pissed off player venting his anger because he couldn't kill someone. Admittedly, death evading does happen, most common cases are quiting the game, while some are more obscure such as the the one posted above.
Some clarification is needed regarding death evading....
