So here is how he used to get people banned.
first he would come with a random name and do all sorts of hacks.
after some seconds he used to come with the nickname of some player whose ip range is similar to his.
as he doesn't know the password he wasn't able to log in, but the server already recorded the ips.
when an admin used to cal logs he will see that both the ips match.
later on when you log in an admin will check your ip and because the range is somewhat similar, you get banned.
in some cases, after hacking with a random name he used to come with a new name by mixing i with l, as they look similar in capital.
but after a real long time dugi caught him.
