Its says (ill try to translate it):
The application cant be started because the configuration next to each other isnt right. Use the happening-logbook application for more information.

Yes, downloaded it and it doesnt work, I shall reinstall it because the source file isnt correct. oO

o.O...the program does not work...i don`t know...The application says :
 "The application has failed to start beacuse its side-by-side configuration is incorrect.Please see the application event log for more detail".
