hi i got a video made with fraps of a dude health hacking( he had no reload but he d/c before i could capture that again on vid ) , but the video is like 30secs and its 200MB!!! it will take hours to upload can anyone help me getting the filesize down and how

download windows movie maker free, should only be a few mins

open your fraps video

click publish

done

youtube is magic! :O

the vid was 5mb and ugly quality but if i pressed vieuw in better quality in youtube it showed so good i could read the id! :O

You need to encode it using DivX, XviD, Dirac, whatever, using a suitable compression program.

I just can't remember the names of any programs anymore though :/
