Well I'm the one who gets pm/nickalert spammed by you, tenshi or someone else to come ingame 

but thats barely when the cheaters start... its when you leave IRC when the cheaters flood.... :/

Gotta say I'm totally with KmanN, Tenshi, Chainer, Firefly etc here.
However, we shouldn't discuss the fact that admins need to sleep sometime and such (as it's happening in the last few posts). Much more we should really try to cover these timezones.. will say we need few (non-european) admins.
Also keep in mind.. finding new mods/admins is a process that might not be finished from today to tomorrow. So don't be disappointed if things didn't change until Sunday if you know what I mean.
