(A)Go learn about lead aiming, desynch and other (annoying) issues in samp
(B)Admins always Check players when they are reported. We have several ways to check if a player has any hax on. If you feel admins are not doing their job correctly or are helping cheaters then message a member of the mangement team.
(C)Many USA players play with no problems in the server (as stated). They adjust where they aim on players depending on their ping and lag.

I think in the official SAMP forums.
As like most American players I have gotten used to lead aim. It's just something we have to live with if you wanna play in Little whiteys. I think your idea was good but, you had nothing to do with the development of it. The way I see it is your trying to get credit for something you never put effort into.

Hosting it on a US server is smart but only if you were part of the Management team. Which I am sure your not. Otherwise you would have a tag right under your name.

I'm afraid I can't really justify paying for another server in the USA.
Other than hosting a single SA-MP server, it would be of little other use to me given that a server in Europe has a lower latency to me.
Given this, I don't think we have the financial/managerial resources to create such a server.
