How it all started

[Ask]Sk8er: '' It all started in the streets of San Fierro. I was playing with some guys. [GSE]Jaszo16 was one of them, he became a real pal. But then [GSE] failed. Jaszo decided to make his own clan. And he asked me to help him with that. I was clanless before that happened. Didn't know anything about running a clan in a good way. But I knew we had to have a main rule, like " Keep fightin', win or lose". We agreed with this, and started our way trough the clanworld. [Ask] was born the 12th december 2007. A day we won't forget.

9 months later.... . Clan got fucked up. Jaszo left Ask, he didn't want to be leader anymore. Our main rule "Keep Fightin', Win or lose! was still in my head. I won't give up. So me, [Ask]Sk8er, took over the leadership, with [Ask]DarkX on my side. Together we started the 2nd generation of the [Ask]. A more powerful generation which means more organization, more teamspirit, and off course same motto. "Keep fighting, win or lose" will always be written in the heart of the clan ''

* Respect EVERY clanmember as your own brother. Stay together, fight together, die together.
* Don't ever use cheats in the online mode.
* Respect our allies as your own teammates. Keep the respect, be cool, raise to the top.
* Warn the leader if you can't show up at trainings or clanwars. Also say if you are in or not, so we can decide the squads on time.
* In a clanwar: Always stay cool, no matter what happens. Win or loose, it doesn't matter, fight for honour and glory.
* On a training: Listen to the team leader. He knows the best strategy, don't deal with it on your own. you won't survive the battle on your own.
* Catch up with each other when U are in troubles. We will be there to help u out of it.
* Share your ideas with the clan. We will decide about it and see what we can change.
* Ask for life!

As a recuiter, you are supposed to take care of new applications for the clan. Once an application has been posted, only one recruiter is responsable for it. The final decision will be made by the members. As recruiter, you have to follow some rules.

1. Sort out the applient's background if needed. Hack experience/ clanhopping/ immatured/ ... = denied
2. Make sure the applient will join our IRC channel. If he has a mic, make sure he joins our vent channel aswell.
3. If the applient has a nice attitude and is cool for all members, you can do a try-out test. If his skills are very good he can have the [Askr] tag (recruit). If his skills are not bad but training acquired, he can have the [Askt] tag (trainee).
- 3 deagle duels
- 3 combat shotgun duels
- 3 m4/mp5/ak duels
4. A recruit needs to be "followed" by his recruiter. If the recruit is doing well in the clan, like being active on forums/server/IRC/vent... and if he shows a nice attitude he can be accepted as full [Ask] when the team thinks he is ready for it.
5. A trainee needs to get trained by his recruiter and a trainer. If he is improving well in skills and is doing the same as a recruit needs to do, he will get accepted as full [Ask] once the team thinks he is ready for it.

As a trainer, you can arrange clan trainings. Make sure you post every single training on the forum in following format:

* Server:
* What will we train on? ... (AAD/ individual skills/ ...)
* Extra:

Introduce training schemes for the clan in the private section and make sure that we train on it if it is accepted.
The trainers can also train new recruits/trainees to improve their skillz and might get a chance to enter this beautiful clan.

*You, the member of this team, should be capable enough help each other out. There's no minimum-knowledge requirement to join, as long as you can read, search, and think some unique ideas. You'll have to work as a team, there's no "my mode/map" or "your mode/map". Your aim is make a excellent and fun modes and map for the clan server(s).

*The team list can be checked here, post in this thread with reason, desired position, and skill level in proper format if you plan to change your position in the team (Map designer or Programmer). Your rank is decided by the skill level.

*Although not the highest priority, staying in contact through MSN or IRC is preferred.

Read the Guide to Scripting and Map Editing, to get yourself kick-start in scripting and map editing.

*Cookies, a section only visible and accessible by Scripting Team, can be used to share source codes, ideas for modes - if you want to keep it secret for a while, ask for stupid help without being embarrassed, etc. Do not leak any source code without permission, otherwise Sk8er will be asked to do black magic on you.

*Please, do not join this team if you're a plain retard who wants to make cool-cool modes without working. We really don't want to team with a person who'd just join and be taken down from team as fast as a whore's knickers.

*As a warlord, you are supposed to arrange clanwars for the clan. You have to be social in the community and have to be friendly to everyone. Ask a clan for a (friendly) clanwar. Post it on their forum and then on our forum in following format. If you know the clan where you wanna do a clanwar with is a unfriendly fucked up clan, don't accept/arrange it. We don't want to have flamewars, do we? Training wars will also be arranged by the warlords. So no official clanwar, just for training. A tip I can give you is to arrange clan vs clan trainings with our friend/allied clans like SAK, spEc, MOB, Crv and BB. We are sure we can have a good training with this clans.

The [Ask] Clan is mainly based on playing AAD TDM or AAD Rumble. We only play with walking weapons, which means every clanwar request for a clanwar with running weapons will be rejected.

Clanwar requests made by clans with a bad history (cheats, immature behaviour, ...) will be rejected as the [Ask] Clan only play clanwar if we are sure it will be a cool clanwar, good teamspirit from both sides and so on...
