I don't think you need to download it. Try reinstaling sa-mp or reinstall the game if you have any mods installed. Could you upload a picture?, thereby we could help you better.

i wish i could but it keeps freezing before i can press a botton or move the mouse but es i would like link and its like a super crash for some reason the whole disk got erased so i am practcly f*ck*d

Are you asking for a illegal copy of the game? I only ask because of the "get it for free" comment

There's no such thing as an illegal copy.  You bought the licence for the game, if the physical disk cocks up you're allowed to download it or whatever.

We wont give you advice about obtaining the game in other way than buying it, but maybe you could tell us what exactly is wrong with your game as possibly some of us might be able to solve the problem.

EDIT: I've noticed that you have mentioned which issues are you getting. Try downloading the latest video card drivers and removing gta_sa.set from My Doccuments/GTA San Andreas User Files

If you never got the DVD... you never paid for it, you never walked out to a shop or ordered it online, if you never gave legal tender to a sales person / website to obtain the right to own the game... if you simply found a naughty link and downloaded the game without having any concent to or without owning the rights to play / own the game.

In other words - if you just download and never pay for it..... I know your only doing this to wind me up so theres your answer
