You'll probably just increase it. Your internet will have to connect to the french proxy and the proxy to the server.

Its not ur fault cause u have hb like that.Im sad because i got so easy hb that everyone can hit me and get very big crit on me,while i cant hit somebody for shit,and i dont think using proxies on lw is allowed.
