A summary of the changes that you want
Lower the bank limit, to 2 million for non donators and 3.5 million for donators, also add more things to spend cash on, but this should not be ridiculous prices like 2 million etc.

The advantages of this change happening
Althought some people might be against this I think this will improve gameplay: This will make players loose their cash faster, meaning they'd have to go out and do stuff to earn cash again, like it was in the old days, fight eachother more instead of camping at one spot to earn cash etc etc. Some stuff like camouflages & special shop items should cost a little less with this lower bank limit, so everything would still be in balance.

Some arguments:

Historical:
In the beginning of LW the cash on your bank wasnt saved, if you went outside the game for more than 5 minutes.
Players had to go to the ship and had buyout wars to get cash. This was fun and this is why some players loved LW.
After a server restart, there were big fights for a place on the ship. Ppl tried to get fast some money to buy some respawns and shops to get enough cash. This was a lot of action.

Nowadays most ppl got enough cash all the time. Through admin minigames and races a lot more cash flows on the server.

That, in my opinion is the problem. If there's nothing to spend money on then cut down on the cash giving. Cash grows too fast, the growth needs to slow in my opinion. If you need something to remove money, then I do quite like the idea of taxing people over periods of time using a constant % though, much like in LVP.

I think it's a good idea. Would bring a lot more life and fun at the ships.

I voted yes. I remember the early 0.1b days of lw's where you couldn't save cash, and I would figure out a quick way to get rich, that was so fun, you allways had something to do. Nowadays I come in, I have like 50mil spread over several accounts, so I always have plenty of money, and then I just walk around. This suggestion would be a great challenge!

I don't support this that much, but 2mils is better than 250k what was suggested before. lol, I used 300k every time I log in on weapons.

2 millions is exactly enough, like I said this will force people to go out and 'earn' cash again, at the moment every got enough cash, most of us got a full bank like 8 million, you can buy spawn weapons with that about 25 times, and in the mean time you'll probably collected enough cash again to make your bank full. With 2 million max you can buy spawn weapons about 7 times before you run out (if you buy for around 300.000 of spawnweapons), which is MUCH better, this will make people try and earn cash again, properties etc, more killing etc.

The weapons reset after server crash/restart is trying to be fixed though.

Sure, good idea, but then be sure that money earning would become a bit easier. Things such as car export should do the trick.

in the past where no bank saved the cash for longer than 5 min offgame, money was really important.
Even friends killed each other to get some.
It was really dangerous to drive around with more than 5k.

2 millions and 3.5 for donators... mhnn I think it is still too much.

this is a bad idea, it should be like it was when i first played LW, 5mill max and thats it, because if it happens to go down to 2/3.5 mill races will only be created by admins and the special weapons will only be purchased by admins... you see the problem, i can admit 8mill/12mill at the current time is way to much so why not go back to the 5mill bank limit ?
And if you still think is to much just put a % (e.g VAT) say 17.5% for non-VIP's and 15% of VIP's and it takes that amount out of your bank each month

i don't really like the idea of lowering the bank as i don't play that much any more and having to play for 30 mins to get money is a pain in the ass. i don't really see why every one wants it to be lower after its been raised many times over the last year.
