Once I installed GTA:SA on a friend's computer that had a shitty graphics card, and the text in the main menu was blocky exactly like this... So yeah, I agree it's a graphics problem, probably.

Well, I'd Try to reinstall directx and update graphics card, if it still not works, try to reinstall both gta san andreas and sa-mp

After that, i Hope it works

i had a similar prob once i reinstalled and updated drivers etc and it worked after that it should be np after u do that hope so

Lol i restarted Computer and then it was gone
