Why Is LW empty!?

I am not sure if new players do not like flaming.

I am not sure if it would not be better for lw`s would be more easy to understand, less things to do and no bank accounts. I know many of you would think this is a step back... but for new players the best server is the server where they feel treatend fair and where they directly understand what to do.

Most annoying for new players are unfair advantages of other, which they do not understand.


In my opinion:
1. deathmatch, everywhere unless ammu
2. no bank
3. no switching, no cbug if it would be possible to disable switching and cbug
4. no donator cmds
5. no minigames, just the unique lw`s deathmatch races
6. allow all kinds of flaming unless its racist
7. no tank
8. no planning department things


Else we need a informative website.
Nowadays even some regulars do not know everything u can do on lw`s
It`s hard to find the sever ip in the forum.

hhh...and btw u can select text from image with some tools but that will give u more work to do...with fixing colors and stuff where text was b4! So I suggest to try make new image(but be carefull )

All this talk about removing things, it's nonsense and taking a step back. The main objectives of the gamemode should be:

- Get cash.
- Kill.
- Survive.

To get cash you have to NEED cash and to need cash you can't have loads of it in the bank. Easiest solution, lower bank limit drastically: 1million bank limit for normal players and 2million for donators. If that were to happen, the only things that should change are:

- All banks reset (so that nobody has 6mill from the previous bank limits).
- Admins are all reminded not to host events with prizes of over a few 100k.
- City planning department special shop prices are lowered considerably.
- Sheep farm and LW farm removed.

The other thing that should be taken in consideration is that farming money should not be something people are able to do (not allowed, but able). For those of you that do not know what farming cash is: It's when people idle in a safe zone with properties and simply go watch TV or something and earn millions. Solution:

- Add Sjitty's property suggestion.

All of these things would only require changing a few values in the script and removing a bit of code, the only thing that would require work would be the properties re-write.

Well with that the server will first lose almost everyone to LVP then

the main difference back in the days when both server were on the official list were:
it was easier to get a start on lw`s, not so many things to do.

Disco, I can understand your thinking, but I still believe it would be good for lw`s.

It would be a challange to get cash for respawn weapons and car tuning. And it would be a challange to keep the cash. Ppl would stay longer and not join just for some minutes. New and old players can not do anything wrong and if they ever played the single player... they directly know what to do. Ppl would start to be more careful to not get killed when they got cash and so on.
This would also make it fun for gangs from other server to rob the lw`s regulars. They do not have to read rules and know exactly what to do.

Though reset stats would be fun....

As an idea the main problem is no new players (cus of the gang bangs) so why not change the gm slightly - a TDM mode:
You would join and be given a team (same weps as now) and fight as teams
You would earn money and bank to get/buy more weapons
BUT you cannot choose your team - so you may fight against friends but there would not be a gang of regulars v a gang of newbs - it would be more fair as regs+new players fight regs and new players. (see where im going)

Could have multiple teams as well and there would be no "one db gang" "one reg gang" then the new players in the middle. It would force regulars to help and interact with new players possible keeping them on lws.

Make the turf the object (a nice objective) and create a few more turfs (perhaps a pirate ship?) to make the fights move along.

The basic elements would stay the same (i.e. DM and free roam, with a need for money). also decrease bank limit (to 1.5mil), reset stats.
