It would be dissappointing if it was only Los Santos this time, even if it is a larger version. Los Santos is part of San Andreas and it should stay that way. It would be a stupid move if they only did Los Santos...

To bad, But if Rockstart Games added San fierro and las veturas then it should be named GTA San Andreas II

Look at the License plate of the blue car at 0:51 it says San Andreas... So my guess would be all 3 cities...

I'm not sure. JaTochNietDan made a pretty smart comment; San Andreas is HUGE and wouldn't fit on a 8gb disc for consoles, consoles are limiting us sadly. Doing 2 or more discs would suck since you'd have to change disc when going into some area.

It's also been reported on game news websites it's probably only going to be Los Santos + country side + mt chilliad etc.

If they are going to be just like EA did with Crysis 2 and Battlefield 3. Like whine about it then i wont be buying it at all tbh. Its either gunna have to come on steam from now on for me to buy it or not at all.

Well the other GTA games were on steam, so there's no reason for it to not be available on Steam, we will have to wait and see 8)

since when where consoles limited to 8gb disc. blue-ray hold 50gb... and there are things you can install on Hard Drive. Get your facts straight before bashing consoles.

Regardless, I believe Rockstar is still hiding something, We will have to wait till theirs more video footage though.

That was JaToch's "facts". I didn't know they were doing blurays for games, I never heard of that, do they? I know you can install on hard disc but that seems strange, don't most people have 20GB hard discs on consoles? I imagine whole SA on the rage engine would at least be 20gb.

Whos JaToch? Every game is bluray for ps3. PS3 use standard 2.5 mm HardDrives, and can be upgraded upto 2tb atm. While xbox there is at least a 250gb HDD. So it snot lacking anything.

XBox can't do blu-ray. It uses DVD, which can get up to about 7.95GB if it's dual layer (which it will have to be).. Consoles ARE limiting games, that is a fact and it's not necessarily a bad thing

Rockstar are very smart; GTA San Andreas (PC) fits onto a 4.7GB disc with "high" resolution textures. This was in 2005, with older compression algorithms, surely they've improved on this in 7 years and can do more with newer technology. They can use new compression algorithms to compress content to console disc, not only that but console games do not require high-resolution textures as you generally sit further away.

In light of this and the announcement, I would not expect a chance of San Andreas. We will get a very large, very detailed Los Santos as shown in the trailer.

250GB is not standard across all XBoxes (mine is 20gb, the cheapest Xbox now has 4gb, arcade didn't have one at all) and XBox hard-drives are expensive to purchase upgrades for. Microsoft would not certify game that required a 250GB hard-drive, not only that but I doubt Rockstar would either-- it would make the game a lot more difficult to sell.
