It's not possible to disable vending machine unless it's blocked..check if your controls are default or changed...

When reinstalling sa-mp & gta san andreas, it can be a waste of an effort if it's not uninstalled properly before. Remember to always delete the folder in my documents (especially gta_sa.set) and every single file that's left there after uninstalling in the program files folder as well.If this does not work either, consider the problem to be somewhere outside the game.PS: Moved to technical support.
