It workes now ONLINE for me, but I only found one player, who was afraid of me and left after killing him 3 times in a row. 32 players my ass! this piece of shit has just ONE player and thats me. what a fucking disapointment! i spent all my cash, my familys fortune and my innocence on a humongous gaming rig and now that! ONE fucking idiot!!!!! And that bastard left the game after 5 minutes! Needless to say that i didnt add the fucker to my friends list (by the way: my Windows Live Name is lwSUPERBAD - in case else got the 1337 skillz to get that game to work online).

i think the problem is that there is to much windows shit wired into it

Luckily i recently formatted lately with a XP OS with SP3 included.

Rizla try to run it without social club, worked at me.
And for windows live u might have to forward ports. The nubs had a test for live but did not tell me ma ports have to be forwarded 
Even Soulseek says at the running test: u need to ... ports... blablabla.
the damn hotwix still doesnt work.
But game works online now, and its fun

you will be disappointed when you get it for christmas. its difficult to get it to work. it took some time to get it to work on superbads rig.
however: when you manage to get it to work you can race people throughout the city. thats my favorite thing to do on the xbox360 version.
